Refund Policy
At TRECCERT, we are committed to delivering high-quality certification services and digital exam products. As our offerings are delivered electronically and grant immediate or scheduled access, our refund policy is structured as follows:
1. Certification Exams (Essentials, Practitioner, Professional, Lead Levels)
1.1 Essentials and Practitioner Exams
These products provide instant access to the exam platform upon purchase. As access is granted automatically, the product is considered delivered at the time of purchase. Therefore, refunds are not available once you have accessed the platform, created an account, registered, or logged in to the testing platform.
1.2 Professional and Lead Exams
These require submission of an exam application form before access to the platform is granted.
If you have not yet submitted your application form or accessed the exam platform, you may request a refund within 48 hours of purchase. Once you submit the application form, refunds are no longer available.
1.3 General Limitations
No refunds will be granted for:
- Missed exams,
- Late submissions,
- Expired access (1 year after purchase), or
- Failure to meet certification eligibility criteria (e.g., experience requirements and verifications for Lead and Professional level).
2. Practice Exams
2.1 Access and Eligibility
Practice exams provide immediate access upon purchase. As with digital exam products, the item is considered delivered once platform access is granted.
2.2 Refund Limitations
- Refunds are not available once you have accessed the platform, created an account, registered, or logged in to the exam platform.
- If you purchased the practice exam in error and have not accessed the platform, you may request a refund within 3 business days of purchase.
- No refunds are provided for unused attempts, partial completion, or expired access (1 year).
3. Certification Maintenance Fees (AMF / TMF)
- If you purchased a maintenance fee in error and have not yet submitted your CPE documentation, you may request a transfer to a different certification of the original purchase.
- Please contact our team to initiate a transfer request and provide your order details. Each request will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
- If you purchased a maintenance fee in error and you are not currently certified by TRECCERT, you may request a refund within 5 business days.
4. System Access and Product Delivery Issues
You may be eligible for a refund if:
- You received incomplete or corrupted files, and our team is unable to resolve the issue after reviewing your case.
- You were granted access to the wrong product due to a system or configuration error.
Please contact us with supporting evidence as soon as possible. We will investigate your request and provide a resolution within 5 business days.
If a refund is approved, all access to the related product, including TRECCERT platforms, support services, and any associated certificates, will be revoked.
5. Discounted Products
- Products purchased using promotional discounts, coupons, or special offers are generally non-refundable.
- If a discount code was incorrectly applied due to a system error or misconfiguration, please contact us with supporting evidence. In such cases, we will review the issue and decide on a case-by-case basis within 5 business days.
6. Currency Conversions
All products are priced in Euros (€). If you are purchasing from a country using another currency, the final charge may differ based on your bank or payment provider’s daily exchange rate.
TRECCERT is not responsible for discrepancies caused by currency conversion fluctuations.
7. Fraud and Abuse Protection
TRECCERT reserves the right to deny refund requests if there is evidence of:
- Refund abuse,
- Attempted fraud,
- Misuse of the platform, or
- Violation of terms of use.
8. How to Request a Refund or Transfer
To request a refund (if eligible) or initiate a transfer, contact our support team at [info@treccert.com], including:
- Your order number,
- The reason for the request, and
- Any relevant documentation.
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Once a refund is issued, you will lose access to all related digital services and materials.
